Foto Shooting and Fair

The Factory Shooting
Oh and my little happy world became to a perfect day by a simply question ... "If you want to we can make a small shooting in the Marquis dress later, ok?" I got asked by Martin Perreault. Whoops! How would you have answered? "YES, OF COURSE, SURE!" As luck would have it, we still had all of our stuff, especially the make-up and the shoes, in the car in front of the Mudia Art actually, since till then we didn't have the time to check in at the hotel. So to the car, picking up the make-up, making me up, slipping in the dress and there we go! Martin was incredibly nice and the communication between the two of us worked great, which isn't always that easy when it comes to short instructions from a foreign language.
After a really long and great photo-shooting Martin took a short break before he could take photos of Emily too. Of course Norman and I immediately used the opportunity for a few fancy pictures as well. Because the Mudia offers other locations too, we went outside for some photography again of course, because such a background and this outfit is not an every day's chance! It wasn't very settled weather indeed, but with a little luck we could even catch some spring sunbeams sometimes, which made the alien-combination look even more perfect.
Shooting at the Hotel
***BILDL09 Actually this Saturday was the ultimate day for photo shootings. Why? Don't stop reading now...
, because after we chatted a little more in Mudia Art we went to the hotel early that evening. Actually we wanted to join the soiree and watch the show of Emily and Bianca, but unfortunately even with loads of motivation there was no way in. Certainly some pretty interesting pictures might have been the result but as it seamed the room was too small anyway and nothing else allowed us to be there somehow too. So we decided to explore the hotel, which became more quite in the meantime. Soon we discovered unbelievable great backgrounds, Norman got awake instantly and the coziness was gone!
This scenery simply had to be used. My make-up was still perfect basically, so all we had to do was to pick a dress and there we go. As always this was the biggest problem of course. This time our choise was a incredible fancy mini-skirt from Bodycult, which got used for a shooting for the first time that way! It fit perfectly ... but the right top was still missing, so a little improvisation had to create a nice combination.
Throughout the shooting we met a huge number of other hotel guests on their way to the soiree and often being interupted in doing so ... by us of course. However it was still fun, since most were in a good mood and they were looking forward to the food. We wished them loads of fun and tasty food and in return we got motivated by nice wishes for success with our photography. We played and experimented around the whole room, because we had endless space and the background was awesome. Full of enthusiasm we were just about to try a second shooting right away, unfortunately I god some real bad bellyache after a few pictures - where from I don't know.
Finally they got so bad that we decided to cancel the shooting and to end the night earlier. I didn't go to the bar once more, instead I went straight to bed with the thoughts in my mind of having to be fit and ready for the fair the next day. In the meantime Norman prefered to visit the bar himself. Some rumors said he returned about 5 in the morning after some White Russians and a long talk with Martin ...

***BILDR03 Actually I was meant to be at the stand of Marquis wearing a black-purple dress and a black wig, just like the combination on the Fashion Cataloge cover. But Sunday noon Sandra told me, the dress isn't there and without it there is probably no need for my little job anymore. However, after a good breakfast with Martin and Bianca we wanted to visit the fair, but what was I going to wear? For the fair I picked an absolute fancy black and red-brushed catsuit from Bodycult and of course my great "Susan Wayland" belt to ensure everybody knows who is walking there!
***BILDL04 The fair itself was well-tended, but with 20 stands on 1000 square meters it was very clearly structured. Furthermore the fair was located pretty far away, so I think some interested people didn't take the 20 km to the fair to visit it unfortunately, especially foreign people without a car, I guess. Anyway, you couldn't get lost there, no way, so you had the opportunity to take a closer look at all the offers without a hurry. I was totally surprised the moment I strolled along the stand of Marquis as I noticed a huge print-out of me in a black Zorro outfit on the wall. While this print-out of 2.5m in height impressed the visitors, it surely impressed me too. And since Roman stood right next to me, he immediately got the instructions to take pictures to proof the existance of this poster. You don't see that happen on every fair, do you?
And last but not least I want to mention the little exhibition of various photographers and artists like Christophe Mourthé, Martin Perreault, Wolfgang Eichler, Roman Kasperski, Alexander Horn and others. After checking out all the important things of the fair in quite a short time, we talked to a good number of well-known faces for a while and finally we went back towards our hotel not too late.
